Today we started our final Electricity project. Each student must create their own test with an answer key. The project is worth 10% of your final grade.

The test must consist of the following:
15 multiple choice questions from chapter 8 and 9 (30 in total)
10 matching questions (5 from chapter 8, 5 questions from chapter 9)
2 short answer questions (1 from each chapter)

Tomorrow is the last day to complete the project.

Jan 23 Monday - In yesterday's class we completed a variety of static electricity labs to develop an understanding of the major concepts discussed in chapter 7 of the BC Science textbook.

Jan 24, Tuesday

Today we completed our last electrostatic labs. Tomorrow we will start our summative assessment on Chapter 8 and 9. Make sure that you have your textbook.

Science 9

Yesterday in Science we finished our review of Chapter 3 and today we had out unit test. Tomorrow we will be starting our electricity unit. Just a reminder that element posters were due last week and Chapter 3 booklets were due today- please get them in!

Hello parents and students. Today was a wrok day in Science. Students were given the opportunity to catch up on work and prepare for their Chemistry unit test.
